Alaric Robertson
Executive Pastor
Pastor Alaric Robertson is married, a father of three daughters and one son, and has been in ministry for over 25 years. He has also served in various capacities such as a youth counselor, youth director, associate minister, minister of music, worship pastor, and associate pastor.
Pastor Robertson believes strongly in the power of prayer, the impact of transformation, and the pursuit of more of God. He also believes in fostering a culture of success, sustainability, and substance through learning, knowledge sharing, and trusting God’s word.
He has a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Organizational Development from Grand Canyon University. He has a Master's of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas State University. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt professional and a certified continuity professional, but most of all, a servant of God and God’s people.

Priscilla McMillan
Pastor of Women
Pastor Priscilla is married to Rev. Daniel McMillan. She served as Co-Pastored of First Bethlehem Baptist Church of Brooklyn, NY alongside her husband, Rev. Daniel McMillan before moving to Converse, TX.
While in New York Rev. Priscilla Founded and Directed the Women’s Enrichment Ministry (WEM) of First Bethlehem Baptist Church, Brooklyn, New York.
Pastor Priscilla has received her bachelor’s degree in Theology from HIS Majesty Theological Seminary of Inwood, NY, and a Certification in Religious Education from United Christian College. Pastor Priscilla has also received her Women’s Ministry Certification through the Women’s Ministries Institute (WMI).
Pastor Priscilla believes in building people in Praise, Power, and Purpose through the Power of the Holy Spirit.
